Annie Collins '19 returned to her alma mater in May of 2023 to become the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Success. She was later promoted to Assistant Athletics Director, Student Success in September of 2025.
Collins was a member of the Florida Southern College volleyball team for four years where she was a member of the team that advanced to the NCAA National Championship game in 2017 with an impressive 30-7 overall record under head coach Jill Stephens '95.
In December 2019, Collins graduated from FSC with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in business administration and went on to continue her studies graduating from the University of Florida with a master's in sport management in 2021.
As a graduate of Florida Southern College, Collins uses her college experience to help student-athletes excel in the classroom as she was the Vice President of Marketing for the FSC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, as well as, being a member of the Dean's List and President's List for her success in the classroom.
