Bailey Grossenbacher

Bailey Grossenbacher joins the softball program as a new assistant coach for the upcoming 2026 season. Grossenbacher, a former standout student-athlete and team captain at Florida International University, brings with her a strong background in leadership, player development, and community engagement.

Grossenbacher recently earned her Master of Science in Marketing from FIU in April 2025 after completing her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in December 2023. During her collegiate career, she was elected President of the Student-Athlete Leadership Council (SALC), named captain of the FIU softball team. She received multiple honors, including NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete, CSC Academic All-District Team, and the FIU Athletics Unsung Hero Award. She capped off her career with team accolades, including MVP, Ms. Clutch, and the Sportsmanship Award, in 2024–25.

In addition to her collegiate success, Grossenbacher gained valuable experience in the sport off the field. She served as a team assistant for Florida Vibe Pro Softball, where she managed in-game statistics, live-streaming, and game operations. She also co-founded the Winter Slam/Summer Slam Softball Camps, partnering with Florida State’s Michaela Edenfield to provide opportunities for over 60 youth athletes. Grossenbacher has been dedicated to growing the game at the grassroots level as a longtime private coach with the Miss Englewood Softball League.

Alongside her athletic and coaching background, Grossenbacher brings entrepreneurial and creative skills as the founder and CEO of DUBS Swim, a swimwear brand she launched in 2024. Her diverse background in leadership, marketing, and community engagement adds unique value to the Moccasins’ staff.
