Madison Mills

Florida Southern College women’s lacrosse head coach Kara Reber announced the addition of Madison Mills to her coaching staff in the Fall of 2024. Mills will serve as an assistant coach and most recently served as a private technical lacrosse trainer at OMNI Lacrosse Training in Alpharetta, Ga. Mills was a three-year member of the Winthrop University women’s lacrosse team and graduated from the institution located in Rock Hill, S.C. in just three years.   
 
Mills will be making her collegiate coaching debut at Florida Southern after spending one season on the sidelines as an assistant coach at West Forsyth High School in Cumming, Ga. She has also spent time as an assistant lacrosse coach in the West Forsyth Recreational Program as well as a head coach of the Goal Diggers Club Lacrosse Team in Lexington, S.C. She also spent time as a coach and camp counselor at the Georgia Tech Lacrosse Camp earlier this year.
 
As a student-athlete at Winthrop University, Mills was a three-time Big South Conference Presidential Honor Roll recipient while also earning Winthrop University Presidential Honor Roll selection all three years. She was second on the team in both ground balls and caused turnovers as a junior and was nominated for Big South Conference Defender of the Week.
 
Mills, a Westminster, Md. native, graduated from Winthrop with a degree in biology in just three years. Prior to her collegiate career she was a two-time Maryland 3A High School State Champion at Westminster High School.
