Tampa won the first 10 events and took the top three places in seven of them to down the Moccasins 147-80 in the season-opening women's meet for both teams Saturday at Tampa.

The Moccasin wins in the meet came from Caroline Kennon in the 100-yard butterfly (1:04.28), Kaitlyn Smith in the 500-yard freestyle (5:44.07), Malinda Turner in the 200-yard individual medley (2:30.27) and the 200-yard freestyle relay team of Melinda Opgrand, Turner, Lindsey Wakefield and Kelly Ruf (1:55.23).

FSC's next meet will be its home opener, a double-dual against Savannah College of Art & Design and Saint Leo, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. at the Hollis Wellness Center Pool.
