WINTER PARK, Fla. – The Florida Southern women's swim team won the team scores and multiple individual events in a meet against Rollins College Friday night.
The Mocs finished with 158 points for the women's team with event wins in both individuals and the 400 yard freestyle relay. Rollins College finished with 104 points to come in second. Florida Southern improved to 13-10 all-time against the Tars.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Olivia Miles won the 500 and 1000 yard freestyle events
- Erin McCann and Maja Eriksson took home first and second, respectively, in 200 yard freestyle
- Alizee Pelletier won both the 100 and 200 yard breaststroke
- Jazzy Hoffmann also won the 50 and 100 yard free style
- Kennidi TenEyck won the 200 yard IM, with Emily Peck as second
- In relays, McCann, Eriksson, Morgan Misenar, and Hoffman finished in first for 400 yard freestyle
- Teagan Michalek, Stephanie Suarez, and Peck had second place finishes individual events
- Peck, Rachel Cunningham, Eriksson, Anya Bogdanova, Annalise Eisold, McCann, and Janie Davis each had a third place finish
- A second place finish in 400 yard medley relay for Michalek, Pelletier, Davis, and Hoffman
- Relay team of Miles, Brooke Brennan, Michalek, and Cunningham finished third in 400 yard freestyle

- The Mocs placed first all freestyle individual events during the meet
