LAKELAND, Fla. – No. 16 Florida Southern College Men's Basketball bounced back from the loss in Saturday's matchup with a dominating 113-56 win over the University of Fort Lauderdale Sunday to close out the Terrace Hotel Mocs Christmas Classic at Streamline Sale Court inside George W. Jenkins Field House.

Mike Donnelly exclaimed. "I am happy that we were able to take care of business tonight heading into Christmas Break. It was great that everyone was able to contribute and now we can get some much-needed rest and enjoy the Christmas Holiday with our families."
The Moccasins (9-2) returned to the win column to close out play before the Holiday break. Redshirt sophomore
Luke Anderson posted his second straight 20-point game with 20 points in 16 minutes of action on 7-of-8 shooting with a 3-for-3 mark from both beyond the arc and free throw line.
Twelve other Mocs scored in the game with five others in double-figures behind Anderson's 20. Redshirt senior

Fort Lauderdale (3-10) was led by Benez Woodard with eight points while Mark Lancaster and Kemari Brown each had seven points in the effort.
Florida Southern jumped out to a quick lead and never looked back.
Luke Anderson made the game's opening bucket, with a jumper before the Moccasins were off to the races. An
E.J. Dambreville three-pointer capped the Mocs' 19-2 start in the first five minutes before carrying a 55-23 lead into the halftime break.
The Mocs continued to hold the advantage, eclipsing the 100-point-plateau for the third time this season on a
Riley Buccino three-pointer with 5:18 to play before extending out to the largest lead of the game, 58 points with 1:36 to play, 110-52. Florida Southern finished the night with a three-pointer with 33 seconds to play from
Alex Steen to bring the game to its final, 113-56.
Florida Southern has played three 100-point games, in which the Moccasins are 3-0; 100-98 win at Clayton State, 112-91 win over Anderson, and 113-56 win over Fort Lauderdale.
