VALDOSTA, Ga. - No. 13 Florida Southern men's golf wrapped up play at the 2022 First Federal Southeastern Collegiate at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club Tuesday. The Moccasins carded a final round team score of 301 (+13) to finish at 890Â (+26) for the 54-hole event on the par-72 7,461-yard course.Â
Sam Rogers paced the Mocs over the 54-holes with a 37th place finish with rounds of 73, 73, 75 to finish at 221 (+5), one stroke ahead of
Johnny Tucker. J. Tucker shot consistent 74's for all three rounds to make up his 222 (+6) to end the tournament a stroke ahead of his brother,
Clay Tucker who closed the event with a 76 to make up his 223 (+7) total. J. Tucker finished in 42nd of the 90 player field while C. Tucker was 44th.
Adam Alvarez finished in 52nd place at 225 (+9) while
Noah Kumar was in 66th, 228 (+12).Â
Lincoln Memorial won the team title by a stroke over Columbus State, 861 (-3) to 862 (-2) while the Cougars' Jordan Douall captured the individual medalist honors at 210 (-6).Â
