MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – No. 15 Florida Southern College men's golf concluded the regular season of action with sixth place at the Battle of the Shores tournament at Normandy Shores Golf Club Tuesday where the Moccasins tallied a team score of 881 (+29) to climb five spots with a final round 292 (+8).
Adam Alvarez jumped on the leaderboard and tied for 21st at 219 (+6) following a final-round two-under 69 on the par-71 6,733-yard course.
Clay Tucker tied with Alvarez at six-over following a final round 78 (+7).

Bryce Walker rounded out the Mocs in the 90-player field with Rogers in 42
nd (223), Kumar in 48
th (225), J. Tucker in 58

The top overall team in the country, Barry University won the team title by 14 strokes, with a 54-hole score of 845 (-7). The Buccaneers' A.J. Ewart earned medalist honors with a three-round score of Â208 (-5).
