FSC honors Babatunde Ajike, Farris Kabalaoui, and EJ Dambreville Prior to the Game

LAKELAND, Fla. – Florida Southern College men's basketball defeated Barry University 114-93 at Streamline Sale Court inside the George W. Jenkins Field House, en route to securing third place in the Sunshine State Conference, and a spot in the tournament quarterfinals with hosting rights.

The Moccasins (19-8, 13-7 SSC) celebrated senior night Saturday, where the team honored Babatunde Ajike, Farris Kabalaoui, and E.J. Dambreville prior to tip as well as three cheerleading seniors, Annsley Pharris, Ali D'Amato, and Cassidy Schmidt.

"Great bounce-back win for us," Head Coach Mike Donnelly exclaimed. "It's always good to play well on senior night in front of our supporters, families, and alumni. We really had it clicking offensively."

Donnelly added, "The guys shared the ball and we were able to find our rhythm at both ends of the floor. I am really happy for our seniors. Baba, Farris, and E.J. all played well tonight and it played a big role in our victory to close out the regular season."

Ajike finished the night with seven points in 10 minutes of action, shooting 100 percent from the field with a three-pointer and two layups. Kabalaoui tallied two points and two rebounds in seven minutes, too shooting 100 percent with a layup.
