INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Florida Southern College women's swimming team finished 17
th in the 400 medley relay to wrap up day three of the NCAA Swimming Championships at the IU Natatorium Thursday evening.
With the championships through 20 events, No. 18 women's team is in 26
th overall with six points with tonight's placement in the medley relay just outside the mark for team points.

Emily Peck,
Allie Brinton, and
Erin McCann took on the 400 medley relay entering in the first of three heats in the Thursday finals. Mocs finished with a time of 3.52.48, that was good for 17
th place in the final. FSC relay was the only event for the women's team in the evening session.
Florida Southern participated in two events in the morning session with two swimmers taking part in the day's events.
Olivia Miles finished 25
th in 400 IM preliminaries with a time of 4:28.14. Miles qualified for the 400 IM with a seeded time of 4:26.74 set at the SSC Championships last month where she finished fourth.
Erin McCann competed in the 200 free and finished with a prelims time of 1:50.60, good for 23
rd overall in the morning session. McCann had a seeded time of 1:49.87 for the event.
Day four of the NCAA Swimming Championships will take place tomorrow beginning with prelims at 10 a.m. featuring the 500 free, 100 back, 100 breast, and 200 fly. Mocs will have McCann and Miles compete in the 500 free and both
Elizabeth Sikes and
Allie Brinton in the 200 fly. Mocs will also take part in the 200 free relay during the evening session at 6 p.m. All events will take place at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis.
