MELBOURNE, Fla. – No. 5 Florida Southern women's lacrosse traveled to Melbourne to play its last regular season road game and earned a 20-11 win over the Florida Tech Panthers at Rick Stottler Field.

The Moccasins (14-2, 5-1 SSC) saw 13 players tally a goal in the win led by
Jackie Stoller with three on the night.
Giana Murphy tied Stoller with the team lead in points with three on two goals and one assist.
Olivia Manghisi,
Madison Tare,
Hailey Daleo, and
Maria Reeves joined Murphy in the two-goal club.

In goal,
Sydney O'Neill earned the win with four saves in 30 minutes of action before
Rylie Rittberg returned to action, making five saves in the final 30 minutes. O'Neill moves to 3-1 in goal on the year.

Florida Tech (9-7, 1-5 SSC) scored first but the Mocs rattled off three straight from
Gina Verrone,
Giana Murphy, and
Jackie Stoller to claim a 3-1 lead with 10 minutes to play in the opening frame.

Florida Southern finished the first period scoring six more goals to the Panthers'Â two for a 9-3 lead.

Kenzie Streby found
Elise Alders on the backside for the first goal of the second period before
Hailey Daleo and
Sammy Gorrasi teamed up to make the game 11-3 in favor of the Mocs.

The Panthers would net back-to-back goals to make it 11-5.
Kaylee Stoky would score a goal with a minute to play as the Mocs headed into the break up 12-5.

Maria Reeves would score a pair of goals to open the third to give the Mocs a nine-goal advantage, 14-5. Florida Southern saw a trio of goals sandwiched between two Panther goals for a 17-7 game, putting the running clock into action with 3:51 to play in the third.

Despite Florida Tech outscoring Florida Southern in the final stanza, the Mocs would go on for a 20-11 win. Daleo,
Hannah Hale, and
Danielle Dunn all scored the Mocs' final goals.

No. 5 Florida Southern returns home on April 22, to host Palm Beach Atlantic in the final regular season game of the year at 1:00 p.m. at Berend Field before turning its attention to the Sunshine State Conference tournament.
