LAKELAND, Fla. – Head Coaches

Stephanie Bylander of the Florida Southern College men's and women's cross country teams released their 2025 schedules Tuesday afternoon (July 15). The Moccasins will compete in six total regular season meets including three on their home course in Lakeland.
The 2025 campaign gets underway on Saturday, Sept. 6 as both the men's and women's teams will compete at the Swan City Invitational in Lakeland. The men kick off competition a week prior in a scrimmage at the University of North Florida on Friday, Aug. 29.
Less than a week after opening the regular season, both programs will head to Tallahassee, Fla. to compete in the HOKA Nights of Thunder XC Fest at the Apalachee Regional Park. The event features middle school, high school, and college races throughout the nighttime event.
The Mocs will travel outside the state of Florida for the first time on Saturday, Sept. 27 as FSC travels to Kenosha, Wis., home of the 2025 NCAA National Championships, to compete in the Lucian Rosa Invite hosted by the University of Wisconsin – Parkside.
Just one week later, the Mocs will return to a familiar event in the FLRunners.com Invitational which is hosted in Lakeland on the Moccasins' home course. The event will be run Friday, Oct. 3 inside Holloway Park.
Another out of state road trip is next for FSC as the Moccasins travel to Romeoville, Ill. to compete in the Lewis Crossover Saturday, Oct. 11. The regular season concludes Friday, Oct. 17 as FSC hosts the Ed Holloway Classic in Lakeland.
The 2025 Sunshine State Conference Championships will be held in Lakeland at Holloway Park but will be hosted by the University of Tampa on Saturday, Oct. 25. The NCAA South Region Championships will take place Saturday, Nov. 8 once again in Lakeland at Holloway Park.
