Senior Amare Miller of the Florida Southern College men's basketball team has been named to the 2025-26 D2CCA All-South Region Second Team, the committee announced Thursday morning ahead of the opening round of NCAA South Regional play.

Miller was named D2CCA All-Region second team, following a record-setting senior season. So far, Miller has scored 484 points on the season, averaging 16.1 per game, and has accumulated 14 double-doubles this season. The White Plains, N.Y. native leads the Mocs in multiple categories with 45 blocks, 263 rebounds, 8.8 rebounds per game, 484 points, 16.1 points per game, 203 field goals made, and a shooting percentage at 54.7%. In the SSC, he ranks 2nd in blocks, 3rd in rebounding, 4th in shooting percentage, and 10th in scoring. Miller has also passed career milestones this season, including surpassing the 500 career rebound mark against Palm Beach Atlantic on February 4th. Miller was an All-SSC first team selection and a three-time SSC Player of the Week this season, including the final SSC Defensive Player of the Week on March 2nd.

Dallas Graziani of Nova Southeastern was named the D2CCA Regional Player of the year, and is the only repeat All-Region selection from the 2024-25 season. 

Player of the Year and all first team selections will advance to the All-America ballot.

Florida Southern men's basketball will compete in the first round of the NCAA South Regional on Saturday, March 14th, as the No. 4 seed. The Mocs will face No. 5 seed Montevallo with a 7:30 PM tipoff at the Rick Case Arena on the campus of Nova Southeastern in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
