Jacob Czyz, junior
Maddux Walton and freshman
Elijah Terry of the Florida Southern College men's lacrosse program were all honored Tuesday by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) as the organization released its 2026 North and South All-Region selections. Czyz led the way with a First Team nod, as he becomes the first Moccasin in program history to earn two First Team All-Region honors in his career. Walton picked up his first All-Region award as he was placed on the Second Team while Terry picked up an Honorable Mention in his first season of collegiate lacrosse. Â

Czyz was named SSC Specialist of the Week 11 times in his career, including three times this season. He currently ranks second in the NCAA in ground balls per game (10.69) and seventh in face off winning percentage (.677) while leading the conference in both categories. He scored six goals this season, giving him 20 for his career. He had double-digit faceoff wins in 15 of the 16 contests in which he appeared including a season-high of 23 versus Adams State. He had seven double-digit ground ball performances with a season-best 19 versus Adams State.

The Baldwinsville, N.Y. native is now a four-time USILA All-South Region honoree after being named honorable mention as a freshman and sophomore and First Team following his junior campaign.

Walton, a Columbia, Md. product, collects his first All-Region honors. This season he started all 16 contents for the Mocs while leading the team in goals (40) and points (54) while ranking second in assists (14). He tallied nine hat tricks this season with a season-high five goals coming against Adams State. Over the final four contents, including a pair of victories over Rollins, he scored 11 goals and handed out a pair of assists while tallying eight or more shots in each of the four games. He currently ranks second in the conference in goals per game (2.41) while ranking 11
th in assists per game (0.88). His 3.29 points per game average ranks third in the league.

Terry, a Shreveport, La. native, was named Sunshine State Conference Freshman of the Year. He appeared in all 16 contests for the Moccasins and finished the season third overall in points (32) while ranking tied for second in goals (24) and fifth in assists (8). The rookie scored the game-winning goal in the last two Moccasin victories which were both decided by one goal. He scored a career-high four goals in the regular season finale win over Embry-Riddle 11-10. He tallied two other hat tricks at Colorado Mesa and at Saint Leo while tallying four or more points in four contests.
