LAKELAND, Fla. – The 2026-27 Florida Southern College men's basketball schedule has been announced by head coach Mike Donnelly. The Moccasins will host 20 home games inside George W. Jenkins Field House, opening with the Small College Basketball Hall of Fame Classic on Nov. 7-8.
 
"It is always our intent to put together a challenging and ambitious schedule," said head coach Mike Donnelly on the 2025-26 season. "We know the SSC will be extremely competitive and our non-conference portion of the schedule is filled with some of the nation's best programs. We look forward to playing one of the toughest overall schedules in the country." 
 
The Moccasins enter year five hosting the Small College Basketball (SCB) Hall of Fame Classic, featuring some of Division II's finest. This year, the Mocs will face West Liberty and Black Hills State for the first time in program history in their two-game slate of the SCB Hall of Fame Classic. 
 
The following weekend, FSC will host Tuskegee and Fort Valley State in the SSC/SIAC Crossover on November 13th and 14th. 

In late November, the Mocs will open up their Sunshine State Conference Schedule against Tampa on November 18th at home. They will then host Nova Southeastern on the 21st ahead of the Thanksgiving slate. 
 
The Century Retail Thanksgiving Classic closes out an eight-game season-opening home stand for the Moccasins. FSC will welcome North Georgia and Minnesota Crookston on Nov. 27-28 for a two-day event. Minnesota Crookston becomes FSC's third first-time opponent of the season.
 
The first road trip of the 2025-26 campaign will take place on Wed., December 2nd as the Mocs travel just up the road to Saint Leo. Florida Southern will return to Lakeland just three days later to host Florida Tech on December 5th. The Mocs will travel to Allendale, Michigan to face Grand Valley State on December 9th. The Mocs play one more conference contest at home against Lynn on December 12th before hosting the annual Mocs Christmas Classic December 18- 19. FSC will host Michigan Tech and Lubbock Christian, with Post University joining for neutral-site games to close out 2026.
 
The Moccasins open 2027 on the road down in South Florida against Palm Beach Atlantic on January 2nd. A week later, the Mocs return back south to face Barry on January 9th. Florida Southern hosts Eckerd in its first game in Jenkins Field House of 2027 on January 13th. 

The Mocs spend the next two games on the road at Embry-Riddle and Rollins on January 16th and 20th respectively. They return home to face Palm Beach Atlantic on January 23rd for the second half of their conference slate. 

Florida Southern is back on the road for two games, at Tampa on January 27th and at Florida Tech on January 30th. The Mocs return home for their first of two remaining home stands against Saint Leo on February 3rd and Rollins on February 10th. 

FSC takes a lone trip to Fort Lauderdale to face Nova Southeastern on February 13 before returning home for their final two home games of the regular season. Florida Southern will play Embry-Riddle at home on February 17th before their home regular season finale against Barry on February 20th for Senior Night. 

The Mocs conclude the 2026-27 regular season on the road at Eckerd (February 24th) and Lynn (February 28th). 
 
The SSC Men's Basketball Championships will take place March 2, 4, and 7, with each game played at the higher seed. The NCAA DII Regionals will be competed March 12-16, with the Men's Basketball Finals taking place March 23-27. The Finals will be located in Fort Wayne, Ind., at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
