ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida Southern College women's golf team opened the 2026-27 season sitting in third with a score of 311 after the opening round of the SSC Warm Up at the Rio Pinar Country Club in Orlando, Florida. 

Three Mocs led the way, all sitting tied-fifth after the opening round. Ava La Belle, Ella Ahlqvist, and Anne Charlotte Otto, who is competing as an individual, all finished the round with a 4-over 76. La Belle carded one birdie, while Ahlqvist and Otto each carded two. 

Alexandra Botsis sits tied-13th after the first round of her collegiate debut, with a 6-over score of 78, carding two birdies in the round. 

Emma Visnovska, in her Moccasin debut, finished the first round tied-20th with a 9-over score of 81. McKinlee Proctor rounds out the Moccasin lineup tied-27th through 18 holes, with an 11-over 83. 

Christina Nordlander, Susie Davis, and Roo Davidson all competed as individuals, with Nordlander sitting in sole place of 29th (84, +12) after the opening round, and Davis and Davidson closing out the first round tied-32nd (91, +19)
