Appeared in three games in 2024, later starting nearly every game for the 2025 and 2026 season..career batting of .269 and over 100 hits...tallied 70 RBI in two seasons and 62 stolen bases...won the SAC Championship in 2026, making an NCAA tournament appearance.

Originally from Kingston, New York....Comes from a family that includes parents Mike and Dany and older brother Donte, who attended Florida Southern College as a golfer... Father, Mike Groppuso, played professional baseball... Chose Florida Southern College for its baseball program... Supports the Houston Astros... Enjoys staying involved in sports outside of athletics...Aspires to major in sport management and become an agent after graduation.
