Attended Schadow Gymnasium in Berlin, Germany, where he played soccer there ... Had a chance to play with many German squads' development teams, including the FC Union Berlin Youth squad, FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin U17 team, and the Zehlendorf U17 and U19 squads ... Also attended Freie Universität in Berlin.

Born Sami Döegenci on February 18th, 2007 ... Has one brother, Anton ... Chose Florida Southern because of the opportunity to study here combined with playing soccer was really attractive. Playing on a high-level soccer and studying at a top business program is really something he is looking forward to ...  Enjoys supporting Bayern Munich and his favorite athlete, Virgil Van Dijk.
