Rollyson was announced as the ninth head coach of the Florida Southern College Men's Tennis program on July 15, 2022. Rollyson has spent nearly three decades coaching, training, and promoting the field of tennis.
In his first year with the Moccasins, Rollyson led the team to a 15-9 overall record, the most wins in program history since 2011 and the best overall record since 2010. A highlight of the year was beating No. 4 Flagler 4-3 at home as the best-recorded program victory in history. Rollyson led the team as a six-seed in the SSC Championships and finished the year with Mario Garoz named the SSC Freshman of the Year and Chris Fok Kow/Matteo Feggi named to the All-SSC First Team for doubles.
Rollyson's second year with Florida Southern saw continued success that culminated in the program's 21st NCAA appearance. The Mocs nearly upset No. 1 Saint Leo in their regional matchup with a 4-3 loss, but ended the season with another 15 wins. Rollyson led the team to arguably the best week in FSC tennis history with a 4-0 week highlighted by consecutive wins against No. 4 Mississippi College, No. 28 Auburn Montgomery, and No. 1 UIndy, the first time in program history to beat the No. 1 team in the country. Mocs were rewarded with a No. 8 ITA ranking, the highest since 2011 when FSC was seventh nationally.
After a historic run in the SSC tournament in 2025 and title game appearance, Rollyson earned his first SSC Coach of the Year honor, with Garoz named the SSC Athlete of the Year. Garoz set a new program record of 22 wins in a single season, helping Rollyson and company to a third-straight yera of 15+ wins as a program. He made his second consecutive NCAA regional in 2025, ending in the first round to Barry.
Before leading the Mocs, Rollyson spent the last three years as an assistant tennis coach at the University of South Florida, helping lead the Bulls to a conference title in 2019 and runner-up in 2021. During each of his years at USF, the Bulls advanced to the NCAA tournament. In addition to his on-court coaching, Rollyson helped with practices, recruiting, and community engagement.
