2015 (Junior): NCAA Division II Academic Achievement Award winner… Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… 2014 (Sophomore at Polk State College): NJCAA and NFCA Second Team All-American… FSCAA First Team All-State and NFCA First Team All-South Region… First Team All-Suncoast Conference… 2013 (Freshman at Polk State College): NJCAA Second Team All-American and NFCA Third Team All-American… FSCAA First Team All-State and NFCA First Team All-South Region… First Team All-Gulf District and First Team All-Suncoast Conference… NFCA Academic All-American and Academic All-State… Polk State’s Female Athlete-of-the-Year.

Junior season highlights (2015)

  • Played in all but three games with a total of 46 starts (31 as the DP and 15 at first base)… Hit between fourth and seventh in the batting order (16 games in the cleanup role, 10 in the #5 position, and 20 in the #7 slot)
  • Began her Florida Southern career by going 3-for-3 with a walk and one RBI in the Mocs’ 6-3 win over West Florida… First player in the program’s 34-year history to reach base safely four times in her Florida Southern debut, and the fifth to have three hits (last Moccasin with three hits in debut had been Natalie Lang in 2005)
  • Hit a team-best .438 (7-for-16) with two walks and four RBI in the Eckerd College Invitational at the start of the season
  • Had five multi-hit games with a season-high of three coming in the 6-3 win over West Florida (Feb. 6)
  • Had four games with two RBI, two of them in a conference series at Barry (March 6 and 7) and another in a 2-1 win over Georgia Southwestern (Feb. 14)
  • Hit her first career home run with the Moccasins in 3-2 loss at Rollins (Apr. 18), a solo shot that put Florida Southern ahead in that game
  • Had two different conference series (vs. Lynn and Florida Tech) where she was 3-for-8 with a walk, and went 3-for-10 with a walk and four RBI at Barry
  • Did not commit an error in 53 chances at first base, and has made only three in 392 chances at that position going back to her final season at Polk State (.992 percentage spanning two years)… One of only two first basemen in the SSC in 2015 that had at least 50 chances who did not commit an error (Tampa’s Meagan Burke was the other)

In junior college (2013-14)… Two-year starter at Polk State College for Jeff Ellis where she was a 2-time All-American for a team that went 86-34, the best 2-year record in team history, and won back-to-back Suncoast Conference championships… Hit .460 in her junior college career with 172 hits… Also had 43 doubles, two triples, 25 home runs, and 127 RBI in 120 games… Teammate with current Florida senior pitcher Taylor Bowen at Polk State in 2013… As a sophomore, helped lead Polk State to a 44-14 record… Hit a team-high .446 (82-for-186) with 20 doubles, two triples, 15 home runs and 73 RBI in 58 games… Led the Eagles in home runs, was second in doubles, and tied for the team lead in RBI… Her RBI total was also tied for 17th in the country and second in the state of Florida… Struck out only nine times in 186 at-bats, walked 10 times and was hit seven times for a .488 on-base percentage… Had an .817 slugging percentage as well… Put together a 12-game hitting streak in March and had at least two hits in 11 of those games, including a 5-for-5 game against Highland CC (Ill.)… Had 25 multi-hit games and two games with two home runs… Committed only three errors in 339 chances at first base… As a freshman, led the Eagles to a 42-20 record as the Gulf District runner-up in 2013… Led Polk State with a .479 batting average (90-for-188) and 10 home runs… Set a school record with 23 doubles which was also 12th in the country in 2013… Was second on the team with 54 RBI in 62 games… Struck out just 12 times with 14 walks… Had a .539 on-base percentage… Compiled a career-best 13-game hitting streak in February of her freshman year and had 28 multi-hit games that season, including two games with four hits and nine with at least three.

In high school… 4-year starter at Lake Gibson High School in Lakeland… Graduated in 2012 after playing for former Florida Southern softball player Laura Hasson… First Team 6A All-State and the District 13 Player-of-the-Year as a senior in 2012… First team all-district as a junior and senior after making second team all-district as a freshman and sophomore… National Honor Society member… Also played volleyball at Lake Gibson… Played her travel ball for the Florida Gold, where she was coached by Craig Chambers… FAST National Champions in 2008... Personal… Daughter of Gary and Lois Roberts… Has one brother (Garry) and one sister (Erica)… Born 4/8/94… Health Science major with a minor in Business Administration.
