HONORS: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … did not play and received a redshirt due to injury.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
HONORS: SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award … limited to eight games (seven starts) due to an ankle injury and received a medical redshirt … averaged 26.6 minutes, and 8.6 PPG … her 48.9 field-goal percentage was the best on the team.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)
HONORS: SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll ... played 30 games and made 20 starts, averaging 28.0 minutes per game ... averaged 5.9 points, 1.9 assists, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.9 steals per game ... scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in the season-opening 77-63 victory against Shorter (11/10/17) ... in her first collegiate start, scored a career-high 18 points in a 70-61 win against Lewis (12/16/17). 

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a first team 5A all-state selection as a senior ... scored more than 1,000 career points in high school ... averaged 22.0 points, seven steals and five rebounds per game as a senior ... was a Dothan Eagle Super 12 selection ... helped lead her squad to a 5A South runner-up title ... four-year varsity captain in basketball, also competed in volleyball and track & field ... finished fourth in the 400-meters at the state track and field meet as a senior.

Daughter of Nathaniel Ards Jr. and Melinda Thomas-Ards ... has one brother, Malachi ... cousin, Brandon Thomas, played college basketball at UMass.
