As a junior (2016)… NCAA Division II Academic Achievment Award winner… Sunshine State Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Florida Southern Athletic Director’s Scholar-Athlete Award winner for women’s soccer… Started all 13 games, giving her 27 consecutive starts in goal for the Moccasins… Turned in a career-best 1.45 goals against average… Save percentage of .800 ranked fourth in team history… Made 68 saves for an average of 5.23 per game… Ranked third in the SSC in saves per game and was tied for third in total saves… Stopped a season-high 10 shots in 2-1 loss at West Florida (Sept. 11), giving her five career games with double digits… Had a 9-save performance in 1-0 loss at Florida Tech (Oct. 15) and six games with at least seven… Posted a 1-0 shutout win at Eckerd (Sept. 21) with four saves in that game… Split a 2-0 shutout with Paige Koetter by playing the first half in a 2-0 win over Lynn in the season finale (Oct. 30)… Allowed one goal or no goals in five of the final six games.
As a sophomore (2015)… NCAA Division II Academic Achievement Award winner… SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Started all 14 games and was the only Moccasin to play every minute of the season… Fourth goalkeeper in team history to play every minute, joining Lacy Emmerling (2002), Sarah Furr (2007) and Erin Moseley (2012)… Second in the Sunshine State Conference with 94 saves, and led the SSC during the regular season (Tampa’s Caroline Frykgard had 105 in 22 games overall)… Still led the SSC with 6.71 saves per game and had three games in double digits… Her 6.71 average was the fifth best in team history… Posted a .797 save percentage that now stands as the fifth highest in team history… Stopped 11 shots in back-to-back games against Eckerd (Sep. 23) and at #22 Tampa (Sep. 30), though the Mocs lost both games by identical 2-1 scores… Had 10 saves in a 2-0 loss to Rollins (Oct. 7)… Had three other games scattered throughout the season in which she had nine saves.
As a freshman (2014)… SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Back-up goalkeeper to Erin Moseley who saw action in two games… Completed a 3-0 win over Flagler by playing the final 8:20 but did not have to make a save in that game (Sept. 17)… Played nearly 39 minutes at Rollins and made a career-high 12 saves off the bench while allowing just one goal… The 12 saves were tied for the most by a Moccasin goalkeeper in a relief outing in team history (with Sarah Corbett from 1999 at Eckerd) and the second most for any player in the Sunshine State Conference during the 2014 season.
Prior to Florida Southern… Came to Florida Southern from Sweden where she was the starting goalkeeper for the Saltsjöbaden Dam A women’s team for two seasons… Played for Saltsjöbadens IF for eight years and was coached by Markus Ingvarsson… Also played for BCC IF… Graduated from Viktor Rydbergs Gymnasium Odenplan in 2014… In addition to playing soccer, also played tennis and was a skier.
