Tiffani Moore

Tiffani Moore was named the assistant volleyball coach at the beginning of the 2021 season. Moore comes to Florida Southern after a stint as the head volleyball coach at All Saints Academy in Winter Haven, Florida, and as a Sports Coordinator at the Sunshine State Athletic Conference (SSAC).

Moore makes her way over to Florida Southern after serving as a Sports Coordinator at the SSAC since August of 2019, where she handled the day-to-day management of sports programs. She worked closely with the Director of Operations, the Board of Directors, and staff in all areas, including scheduling and event management.

In August of 2018, Moore was named the head varsity volleyball coach at All Saint Academy, where she led the varsity and JV programs in proper fundamentals and techniques. She kept game day and tournament statistics, while creating day-to-day practice plans that enhanced game play and reinforced technique and team disciplines. She also planned, organized, and conducted practice sessions. Moore also implemented safety rules and regulation, while analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of opposing teams to develop game strategies.

Moore was a head volleyball coach for Southern Select from 2017-20. In that role, she helped visualize new and innovative drills and techniques while keeping game day and tournament statistics and cultivating team chemistry and promoting good sportsmanship. Prior to starting with Southern Select, she was the head JV coach and assistant varsity coach at Winter Haven High School for the 2017-18 academic year. In her first season as a head coach, she led her team to a 14-3 record. Moore was an assistant volleyball coach for Impact Volleyball Academy in 2016 and 2017.

In the spring of 2015, Moore was named the sports assistant intern at Polk County Tourism and Sports Marketing. She coordinated and managed event details for many events including, Sun n' Fun, Senior Softball Banquet, Orange Cup Regatta, Major League Scrambler, Polk County Hall of Fame, RussMat, Iron Man. She prepared and coordinated event listings and scripts for radio and television shows, as well as designing company marketing brochures. Moore also ran competitions at FHSAA basketball tournaments, oversaw facilities management, updated and oversaw The RP Funding Center social media accounts, and filmed and edited promotional videos. She also gathered information and coordinated sponsorship details.

A 2015 graduate of Warner University, where she was a four-year member of the volleyball team. Moore received her bachelor’s degree in sports communications with a minor in communication. Moore was named to the NCCAA All-Region Team and All-Sun Conference team in 2014.
