Box Score Scoring in every inning but one, Lynn ended the Moccasins' season with a 19-3 victory in the championship of the Division II South Regional at Magnolia, Ark., Monday.
The Knights scored four runs in the second inning off FSC starter Max Russell. The Moccasins came back with three unearned runs in the third, but Lynn added a run in the bottom of the inning and scored in every inning after that.
The Moccasins finished their season at 41-16. Russell left after two innings and suffered his second loss in 12 decisions.
Lynn (42-16) advances to the Division II Championship May 23-30 at Cary, N.C.
Zach Maggard and Nick Stanley were the Moccasins' representatives on the all-tournament team.
