LAKELAND, FL - Florida Southern College men's tennis saw just their second loss in seven games on Tuesday afternoon, falling 4-2 to Wayne State at the Wynee Warden Tennis Center. The Moccasins (5-7) were unable to overcome strong performances from the Warriors (9-3) in the No. 2, 3 and 4 singles flights.
Two Moccasins shined on the court as John Sakellarides won his third-straight singles match and Lennart Vossgäetter improved to 4-0 in singles competition for the season. Tim Becker and Brian Pham improved to 4-1 in doubles play, earning a 6-4 win in the No. 1 doubles flight.
