LAKELAND, FL - Florida Southern College men's tennis overcame losing the doubles point and an injury in the No. 3 singles flight to win 4-3 over Northwood on Saturday night at the Wynee Warden Tennis Center. The Moccasins (4-6) won the No. 1, 2, 5 and 6 singles flights to overcome Miroslav Cvjetan withdrawing from the No. 3 singles flight and a great early start by the Timberwolves (2-3).
Lennart Vossgäetter won his second-straight singles match in the No. 6 flight, improving to 2-0 on the season. Brian Pham recovered from a 3-5 defecit to win the first set 7-6 and the second set 6-1, improving to 5-2 on the season in singles competition.
