MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – The Florida Southern women's soccer team finish in a 1-1 draw in a double overtime game against Barry University on Saturday night.
Florida Southern (4-6-2, 1-3-2) entered halftime down 1-0 after Barry's Ella Wallfur Skiljic scored off an Emma Lillback assist. A header by

Elena Brkic for the score evened the game in the 62
nd minute. The Mocs had seven shots in overtime, but Barry (4-5-2, 1-3-2) was able to keep the game even for the 1-1 double overtime finish.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Keeper Jenny Staten was tested early with three saves in the first half
- Barry's Wallfur Skiljic tallied the first score of the game in the 25th minute
- Albrecht almost evened the score in the first half, but saved by the Buccaneers
- Brkic scored after Albrecht landed a perfect header for the assist
- The Mocs had two shots on goal in the final three minutes to end the second half
- Florida Southern had two shots on goal in overtime periods, but Barry made the stop
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- The Mocs outshot the Buccaneers 23-to-14, with a slight advantage in corner kicks (9-to-7)
- There were 16 shots in regular time alone
- Brkic scored her third goal of the season in the 63rd minute to keep the Mocs in the game
- Albrecht tallied her fifth assist of the season, leading the team so far this year
- Staten finished with seven saves on the night
