ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida Southern College men's tennis team won 6-1 Tuesday afternoon over the Davenport Panthers at the USTA campus in Orlando, Fla.

The Mocs, registering votes in the latest ITA poll, improved to 5-3 overall on the season with the win over the Panthers winning the doubles point and all but one singles court. The Panthers fell to 7-5 on the season.

FSC started with a great doubles competition as Chris Fok Kow and Matteo Feggi continued their run with a 6-4 #1 court win. Ryan Rajakar and Mario Garoz also won with a 6-2 score, securing the doubles point. Edoardo Melindo and JP Fujiwara lost a close one #3 7-5 against their Davenport opponents.

In singles, Fok Kow won 6-3, 6-2 on the #1, with a similar win by Garoz on #3 with a score of 6-1, 6-2. Inaki Braun Simo lost in two sets at the #2 court 6-1, 6-3, but that would be the only court loss by the Mocs.
