Stoller Named CSC Academic All-America

AUSTIN, Texas – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the 2024 Academic All-America® Women's At-Large teams, where for the third straight season Florida Southern College women's lacrosse was represented on the teams. Jackie Stoller earns CSC Academic All-America Second Team honors, joining four other Moccasin women's lacrosse student-athletes to earn the Academic All-America honors.
 
Stoller joins Hailey Daleo (Third Team in 2023), Patricia Werker (Third Team in 2022), Julia Couch (First Team in 2020), and Katie Hammerer (First Team in 2014) as the five players in program history to have earn a nod on the Academic All-America teams.
 
The graduate student from Wayland, Mass., completed her second and final season for the Moccasins where she boasted a 3.82 GPA in her MBA: Business Analytics track. On the field she was named IWLCA and USA Lacrosse Magazine First Team All-American for the second straight campaign while she was named the 2024 IWLCA Attack Player of the Year and the Sunshine State Conference Attacker of the Year resetting records as she set both the program and SSC records for goals in an individual regular season (78) and points (122).
 
She is one of five representatives from the Sunshine State Conference to be named to the At-Large team. The Academic All-America® Women's At-Large teams consist of student-athletes from the following sport programs: beach volleyball, bowling, crew/rowing, fencing, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, and water polo. 
 
The Division II at-large teams honored 53 student-athletes, with 12 members of the first team earning 4.00 GPA's either as undergraduate or graduate students. A total of 26 of the 53 members had 4.00 GPA's. The 16-member first team had an average GPA of 3.99.
 
The Division II Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 Division II Academic All-America® program.
