RICHMOND, Va. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has released the October edition of the Division II Top 25 dual meet poll, with Florida Southern College men's team ranked No. 13 and women's team ranked No. 21.

Both swimming teams ranked inside the top 25 at the start of the 2025-26 season, now under the leadership of head coach
Steven Bostick. The Moccasins opened the season with a dual meet win over Florida Tech last weekend, with commanding victories on the men's and women's teams.

The men's swimming team, which finished 10
th place overall at the NCAA championships in March 2025, earned another top 15 ranking to start the season with a number of returning NCAA qualifiers. A strong start to the 2025-26 season,
Daniel Meszaros, a transfer from Ouachita Baptist University following coach Bostick, was selected as the Sunshine State Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week on Monday, winning two individual events against the Panthers.

On the women's side, which finished 33
rd place overall at the NCAA championships in March 2025, was ranked No. 21 in the first dual meet poll of the 2025-26 season, the highest ranking since the 2022-23 season.

Elizabeth Sikes return as NCAA qualifiers, with a host of newcomers to add to the roster.

The Mocs travel to the University of Tampa this afternoon, with a 5:30 p.m. start at the Riseman Aquatics Center. The men's Tampa squad is ranked No. 2, with the women's Tampa team No. 1 in the October dual meet rankings.
