LAKELAND, Fla. – The 13-time NCAA Division II National Champions and the fourth-ranked Florida Southern men's golf looks to build off last year's trip to the NCAA Quarterfinals for a strong 2025-26 schedule. Head Coach Brian Richey announced the fall slate with four tournaments.
"The players are back on campus and we are excited to get the fall season started," stated head coach
Brian Richey '09. "We are once again playing an elite schedule in Division 2."
With a squad of nine players, the Moccasins head to Albany, Ga for the Hurricane Invitational, at Double Gate CC to open the fall slate on September 22-23. The Mocs return to Florida to play at PGA Tour venue, the Copperhead course at Innisbrook, hosted by the University of West Florida on October 13-14.
Florida Southern will make another trip to Fripp Island, South Carolina for the Fripp Island to Bermuda Invite on October 20-21 before returning back to Florida to finish the fall schedule at the Citrus Intercollegiate at Champions Gate Resort on October 27-28.
"We are excited to return 4 of 5 players from our postseason lineup last year and to add 3 very strong freshman to our roster," said Richey. "We also return two key players who were out last year with injury and I can't wait to watch the intense competition in qualifying."
