LAKELAND, Fla. – The Florida Southern College men's tennis team has reentered the top 10 rankings, now No. 9 according to the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division II Poll, announced on Wednesday afternoon.

The Moccasins were No. 10 a couple of weeks ago, and now back in the national rankings after an undefeated week last week. FSC is currently 8-3 overall, with a 3-0 record since last week's ITA poll. The Mocs had wins over No. 8 Washburn, No. 21 Ferris State, and No. 29 Grand Valley State in that span.

As an individual-ranked singles player,
Mario Garoz leads the pack with a No. 16 ranking this week. Garoz is 7-2 in his last 10 matches, most recently beating No. 25 Denys Zamaraiev in two sets in the match against GVSU. The senior also added a win over No. 31 Tommy Cecchetti as a ranked opponent. Garoz is joined by
Mario Antonio Morales as the No. 39-ranked individual. Antonio Morales has won five-straight matches, with his most recent bout going unfinished. In last week's poll, Antonio Morales was No. 45 among all DII singles players.
Â
In doubles, the Mocs have the pairing of
Bosko Boskovic and
Gabriel Jornert as No. 41. The No. 2 court pairing is 7-3 overall, and currently on a three-match win streak. The three wins were crucial against No. 8 Ichabods, No. 21 Bulldogs, and No. 29 Lakers to secure the doubles point.

The Mocs continue their busy week of tennis, playing Jefferson, Tuskegee, No. 4 Wayne State, and No. 2 West Florida over the next four days. Keep track of FSCMocs.com and social media on game times and schedule changes.
