LAKELAND, Fla. - The Florida Southern College women's tennis team has reentered the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division II Poll, announced on Wednesday afternoon as the No. 23 team.
The Moccasins were No. 14 a couple of weeks ago, and now back in the national rankings after an undefeated week last week. FSC is currently 6-2 overall, with a 5-0 record since last week's ITA poll. The Mocs had wins over Saint Francis, Tiffin Assumption, Ferris State and No. 16 Grand Valley State in that span.
As an individual-ranked singles player,
Josie Holderbach leads the pack with a No. 38 ranking this week. Holderbach is 4-1 in her last 5 matches. Holderbach is joined by
Emily Jennewein as the No. 56-ranked individual. Jennewein has won four-straight matches and is 7-2 on the year.
