However, the Eagles responded with wins at No. 3 doubles, where Ashley Moinard and Mariana Cabrera defeated Annika Berrendorf and Jolie Miller 6-2, and at No. 2 doubles, where Benedetta Sensi and Fernandez Junquera triumphed 6-4 over Ronja Scheuermann and Emily Jennewein.

In singles play, Embry-Riddle extended its lead with victories in three completed matches. At No. 3 singles, Benedetta Sensi defeated Jennewein 6-2, 6-3. Berrendorf was overcome by Fernandez Junquera, who secured a 6-1, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles. Diana Volkov faced Franz Kremerskothen at No. 6 singles, resulting in a 6-1, 6-2 defeat for Florida Southern.
