Three Men's Swimmers Named CSC Academic All-District

Peter Csicsaky, Cooper Krance, and Nino Viallon each selected

LAKELAND, Fla. - The College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2025-26 Academic All-District Men's Swimming Teams have been released to include three from the Florida Southern College men's swimming team.

Peter Csicsaky, Cooper Krance, and Nino Viallon have all been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2025-26 Academic All-District Men's Swimming Teams. This honor, awarded for the 2025-26 academic year, highlights the outstanding balance these student-athletes have achieved between their academic pursuits and their commitments in the pool.

The Academic All-District recognition is a prestigious accolade that underscores the significant academic achievements of student-athletes who not only excel in their sport but also maintain a strong academic record. To qualify for this award, honorees must be at least sophomores in their academic standing and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Additionally, these students are vital contributors to their respective teams, participating in the majority of their contests.

Each of these three honorees from the Florida Southern College men's swimming team has demonstrated remarkable dedication and discipline.

Csicsaky, a four-time All-American, earned his third All-SSC mention in February, the third straight in his FSC career. The Hungarian has had an incredible 2025-26 campaign, culminating in his first SSC individual title, after winning the 1650 free at this year's SSC Championships. His NCAA B cuts in the distance events were all personal bests for Csicsaky, and a top 10 time in program history for each of the three qualified events. This is his second CSC Academic All-District award in his career.

Krance earned the first CSC academic honor of his career, earning SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll last season. Krance specialized in the breaststroke and IM disciplines and competed in a majority of this year's meets. His best finish was top five in the 100 BR at the NSU Shark Invite, IRSC dual meet, and tri-meet against Barry and NSU. Krance's top time in the 100 BR was at the Rollins dual meet, where he finished in 56.31.

Viallon earned the first CSC academic honor of his career, as a 12-time All-American in his three years with Florida Southern. He was part of several record-breaking relay teams and most recently competed in the 2026 NCAA Championships as a relay member. He is also a two-time CSCAA Scholar All-American, SSC Honor Roll recipient, and D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award winner.
