With appearances in the NCAA Regional in back-to-back years, Florida Southern women's golf opens its NCAA postseason play at the South Regional May 4-6 at the Cleveland Country Club in Chattanooga, Tenn. The Moccasins were one of 18 teams to qualify for the NCAA South Region and will look to advance to the National Championship after a 54-hole event in Tennessee.
All-Sunshine State Conference selections Clare Gimpel and Ava La Belle look to lead the Moccasins' contingent in the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back years. Along with Gimpel and La Belle, Florida Southern will send Kaley Amuso, McKinley Holding, and Taylor Zachary to play the par-72 course to compete in the Red and White. The Mocs will tee off tomorrow morning, beginning at 8:50 AM.Â
