Lady Mocs Win Streak Goes To Five

The Lady Mocs saw their shutout streak end Saturday, but not their winning streak.

The 16th-ranked Moccasins, who had won their first four matches all by 9-0 scores, made it five straight wins by downing Wingate 7-2.

The Moccasins claimed wins at No. 1 doubles with Senka Softic and Agnese Rozite, 8-2, and at No. 3 doubles with Nora Baertschi and Amanda Carns, 8-3, then followed with straight-set singles wins by Softic, Andrea Arguello, Rozite, Veronika Kovacikova and Baertschi.

FSC finishes its three-match road trip Sunday at Mars Hill.
