ORMOND BEACH, Fla. – The 21
st-ranked Florida Southern women's golf team concluded the Sunshine State Conference Championships with a final round 308 (+24) to place seventh in the team standings at 918 (+66). The Moccasins saw two players finish inside the top-20 of the 50-player field.

"It's been a fantastic year with four seniors and their experience," Head Coach
Robbie Davis commented. "Especially to see them mature into fantastic golfers, we are hopeful for regionals and one more chance for glory."

Lacey Tucker finished as the top Moc with a 16
th place finish on the par-71 5,945-yard Prestwick Course with a final score of 228 (+15). Tucker, who made 12 pars all morning, carded a 78 (+7) for her third and final round.

Loren Perez joined Tucker in the top-20 with a 17
th place finish, a stroke off her teammate, at 229 (+16) for the three-day 54-hole tournament. Perez too carded a final round 78 (+7) with 11 pars and two birdies to her credit.

Hanna Rizzolo,
Nathalie Svensson, and
Elizabeth Harding concluded the tournament in 32
nd, 34
th, and 37
th place, respectively. Rizzolo used 10 pars and two birdies in her final 79 (+8) for a tournament score of 234 (+21). Svensson turned in the best round for the Mocs on the day with 13 pars and two birdies for a 75 (+4), capping her championship with a 235 (+22). Harding led the team in birdies with three while making seven pars in her round of 77 (+6), ending with a final 239 (+26).

Barry University won the team title by two strokes over Rollins with a final 54-hole score of 887 (+35) following a final round of 298 (+14). The Buccaneers' Alice Gotbring went wire-to-wire for her individual title at one-over-par 214 with a one-under 70 Tuesday, capturing the title by five strokes.
