BOSTON, Mass. – The Florida Southern women's track team saw another school record fall as senior
Emma Mussante broke her own school mark in the 3,000m Friday evening in Boston, Mass. The Moccasins competed in the John Thomas Terrier Classic hosted by Boston University.

TOP PERFORMERS
- Mussante was joined in the 3,000m by sophomore Grace Reed who also posted a top-five school mark. The pair competed against some of the top runners from throughout both the northeast as well as around the country. Several professional runners competed at the meet as well. Mussante took 96th overall while stopping the clock at 10:01.96, just edging out her previous school mark of 10:02.11. Reed crossed the finish in 10:25.39 to take 135th overall and fifth in the FSC record book.
- Graduate student Ellie Fluman saw action in the 5,000m and posted a top-50 finish as she claimed 49th with a time of 17:55.92. The mark is third in school history and a career-best for Fluman.
