Rick O'Dette Releases 2026 Florida Southern Baseball Schedule

LAKELAND, Fla. – The 2026 Florida Southern College Baseball schedule has been released by head coach Rick O'Dette, featuring 50 games, including 29 to be played at Historic Henley Field.
 
"Our non-conference schedule will be amongst on eof the toughest in the country, with three of our opponents appearing in either a super regional or the Word Series in 2025," said O'Dette on the 2026 campaign. "Of course, we will be tested every weekend in the Sunsine State Conference, - arguably the best NCAA Division II conference in the nation."

The Moccasins will open the season on the road in a rematch of the 2025 NCAA regional, facing the University of West Florida in a three-day series beginning on Jan. 30. The Mocs will return to Lakeland for the home opener against Valdosta State University on Feb. 3, before hosting Young Harris College for Alumni Weekend Feb. 6-7.
 
Florida Southern will have a midweek game against Eckerd College on Feb. 10, before a four-game series against the University of Illinois-Springfield Feb. 13-15. The first Sunshine State Conference series of the season will be on the road to Rollins College, Feb. 20-22. The home SSC opener will be against Florida Tech on Feb. 27-28, before hosting Roosevelt University on March 3 and the Northwood University series on March 5-7. FSC will travel to St. Augustine to face Flagler College on March 10, followed by a road series against Barry University on March 13-14.
 
The Mocs will host Purdue Northwest on March 16 in a single game, followed by a series against Eckerd on March 20-21. FSC will then face Valdosta State again, this time on the road, on March 31, before a road series against defending NCAA champion University of Tampa April 3-5. Mocs will host Saint Leo University on April 10-11, on the road to Palm Beach Atlantic University April 17-18, before a midweek game against the Lions on April 22.
 
The final two home series of the regular season will be against Lynn University on April 24-25 and Nova Southeastern University on April 30-May 1. The last series of the regular season will be on the road to Daytona Beach on May 8-9, against Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
 
The NCAA selection show will take place on May 10, followed by Regionals at select host sites May 14-17, and Super Regionals May 21-23. The 2025 DII Baseball Finals will take place in Cary, N.C., at the USA Baseball National Training Complex from May 29-June 6.
