NORTHBOROUGH, Mass - Florida Southern women's lacrosse opens the 2026 season ranked in the top-10 nationally and third overall in the IWLCA Division II Preseason Coaches Poll.
The Moccasins open their season on February 8th against No. 16 Wingate on the road in Wingate, N.C. Florida Southern opens its home slate in a non-conference matchup against No. 11 Lynn on February 13th.
14 of the Moccasins' 16 opponents for the 2026 slate were ranked in the top 25 of the IWLCA Division II Preseason Coaches poll, including six of their seven Sunshine State Conference opponents.
Other notable matchups for the Moccasins this season are against defending National Champion and preseason No. 1 Tampa on April 4th, and a top-five matchup against UIndy on February 21st.
