2026 SSC Swim Championship Meet Schedule

No. 12 Men's Swimming
The FSC men's swimming team had a successful regular season in the first year under head coach Steven Bostick. The Mocs went 5-3 overall in dual meets, including wins over SSC opponents Florida Tech, No. 24 Rollins College, No. 17 Nova Southeastern University, and Barry University. At the Gamecock Invitational, the Mocs finished fourth out of six teams in a stacked field, and later finished third among seven teams in the NSU Shark Invite.

The Moccasins have a number of NCAA B-cut times already, with more to add in this week's conference meet. Outside of relay teams that have qualified, the Mocs have a B cut time in nearly every individual event, with competitive times worthy of an NCAA qualification.

No. 19 Women's Swimming
The FSC women's swimming team had an equally productive regular season with dual meet wins over Florida Tech, Indian River State College, Rollins College, and Barry University for a 4-7 overall record. The Mocs had several opportunities against NCAA DI competition as well, swimming against North Florida, Florida State, Miami, and competing in the Gamecock Invitational, hosted by the University of South Carolina.

The women's squad is in similar territory as the men's team, with several strong NCAA B-cut times secured and more opportunities to come this weekend.

FSC in the SSC Championships
Florida Southern has six SSC swim team titles, five with the men's team, with 75 individual and relay event championships on the men's team and 43 such championships on the women's team. The last team championship was on the men's team in 2022, and previously in the 2016 tournament, when both the men and women won.

In last year's championships, the Florida Southern women's team finished just outside the top three with a fourth-place finish and a second-place spot for the men's team. The men's team won one individual and three relay championships in 2025, with Hoffmann's 50 free title in 2022 the last individual championship on the women's team. This will be the first SSC Championship under head coach Steven Bostick.
