EVANSVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Southern College men's swimming team finished the 2026 NCAA DII Swimming Championships tonight, taking 10th place overall at the Deaconess Aquatic Center.

The Moccasins completed five days of swimming for 10
th place and 161 points. The NCAA National Champion was the University of Tampa with 522.5 points, followed by Drury University with 509 points. Colorado Mesa University was third overall with 416 points.

For finals,
Matheus Da Rocha took part in the consolation final of the 100 free, finishing with a time of 43.79 for 13
th place overall.
Simeon Prosinski was in the 200 breast B final, finishing with a time of 1:58.60 for 12
th place overall.

The final event of the evening was the 400 free relay as a team of
Daniel Meszaros, Da Rocha,
Will Neville, and
Nino Viallon, as the Mocs finished fifth overall with a time of 2:52.89, a new program record for FSC.

In prelims, Da Rocha led the Mocs in the 100 free with a 12th-place finish in a time of 43.41 to make the consolation final. Meszaros (44.25), Neville (44.42), and
Michael Tretykov (44.67) also swam in the 100 free prelims. Prosinski nearly made the championship final, finishing in ninth place overall in a time of 1:58.30.
Janek Barczyk was 23
rd overall with a time of 2:02.32.
Peter Csicsaky took part in the morning heats of the 1650 free, finishing his swim in a time of 15:56.35.

The Mocs finished the 2026 championship with 27 All-American honors, two relay records (200 free relay – 1:18.41, 400 free relay - 2:52.89), and two individual program records (200 fly by Meszaros – 1:45.55, 200 free by Meszaros - 1:35.48). Da Rocha led the team in All-American honors with six total. Tretyakov, Meszaros, Neville, Csicsaky, Prosinski, Barczyk, and Viallon also recorded All-American recognition.
