BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Southern women's golf team opened the Lynn Invitational in sixth place after two rounds of play. The Moccasins shot a 32-over 608 through the first two rounds. 

Taylor Zachary and Kaley Amuso led the way for the Moccasins, both finishing the day tied-17th with a 7-over two-round score of 151. Zachary had the lowest single-round score of the day for the Mocs, shooting a season-low 69 in the second round. Zachary carded seven birdies on the day, with six in the second round. Amuso shot 75-76 to open the tournament, with an eagle on hole two in the opening round. She added another birdie in round two. 

Clare Gimpel sits tied-25th, with a two-round score of 153 (+9). She carded two birdies on the day and improved her score in round two by seven strokes. 

Darby Hancock sits tied-34th after the opening day, with an 11-over 155. She carded three birdies on the day with two in the second round. 

Rounding out the Moccasin lineup, McKinley Holding sits tied-54th, with a two-round score of 161 (+17). She carded five birdies on the day and improved her score in round two by 11 strokes. 

Ella Cheek of DBU holds the lead in the individual race, with a two-round score of 140 (-4). Nova Southeastern holds the team lead, with a 14-over two-round score of 590.

The Moccasins will be back for the final round of the Lynn Invitational on Tuesday at the Boca Woods Country Club in Boca Raton, Fla.
