BOCA RATON, Fla. - The No. 14 Florida Southern women's golf team closed the Lynn Invitational tied-sixth place. The Moccasins shot a 46-over 910 in the tournament.
The Mocs were led by Kaley Amuso with her lowest round of the tournament with a 73. She carded three birdies in the final round.
Taylor Zachary finished tied-24th with a three-round score of 224. She shot a 5-over 77 in the final round.
Clare Gimpel finished tied-29th with a 13-over, 229. She carded a birdie in the final round.
Darby Hancock and McKinley Holding finished tied-34th and tied-49th, respectively. Hancock shot a 78 with one birdie in round three and Holding shot 76 with one birdie in round three.
DBU took home the team title at +16. Ella Cheek (DBU), Alex Remaklus (NSU), and Youyang Li (Rollins), who all finished tied-first at +3. Li ultimately claimed the individual trophy after an impressive final round of -5.

The Moccasins will compete in the Sunshine State Conference tournament hosted by Eckerd at Cabot Citrus Farms in Brookesville, Fla., on April 12-14.
