JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Southern women's track team closed out action at the 2022 UNF Invitational hosted by the University of North Florida on Saturday. The Mocs competed in just one event as five members of the squad took on the 800m.

TOP PERFORMERS
- Sophomore Jinia Johnson the Mocs in the 800m as she took 31st overall in a strong field of competitors. Johnson crossed the line in 2:20.23 which ranks as the third fastest 800m time in program history. Sophomore Carolina Titus, who broke her own 3000m steeplechase record Friday night, finished 34th in the 800m with the 10th fastest time in program history at 2:22.78. Freshman Marisa Kortright finished five spots back in 39th after stopping the clock at 2:24.40. Kortright's time ranks as the 12th fastest time in program history. Freshman Emma Mussante picked up a 45th place finish after completing the distance in 2:25.67. The final Moc finisher was sophomore Capri Procopio who finished 55th at 2:31.83.
