Men’s Track Wraps Up Action at Spikes Classic

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Florida Southern men's track team closed out competition at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic in Daytona Beach, Fla. Saturday afternoon. The Moccasins competed in only one event, the 800m, with senior Alex Guy leading the way.

TOP PERFORMERS
  • Senior Alex Guy once again led the way Saturday afternoon as he ran the eighth fastest 800m in program history as he clocked in at 1:54.04. Guy now holds four of the top-eight times in program history. Sophomore Jaylen Caneus was next to cross the finish line as he placed 29th overall in 2:02.09. Senior Billy Adams was the Moccasins' third finisher as he placed 40th overall after posting a time of 2:05.57.
 
UP NEXT:
The Moccasins will be back in action April 7-8 for the Flames Invitational in Cleveland, Tenn.
