TOP PERFORMERS
- Junior Carolina Titus was the Mocs' lone entrant in the 3000m steeplechase. Titus finished 15th overall in the mostly NCAA Division I field. The junior turned in a time of 12:26.07 which ranks as the sixth-best steeplechase time in program history.
- Sophomore Emma Mussante led a group of seven Mocs in the 5000m as she took 30th overall in the crowded field. Mussante crossed the finish line in 18:00.04. Junior Ellie Fluman and sophomore Mya Stam were the next to cross as they finished 46th and 47th, respectively. Fluman clocked in at 18:24.72 while Stam crossed just under five seconds later at 18:29.24. The next three Moccasin finishers finished all in a row as junior Emery Roth, sophomore Karah McElhone and junior Brooke Brennan came in 64th, 65th and 66th, respectively. Roth crossed the line in 18:58.74 while McElhone stopped the clock at 18:59.35. Brennan finished just over a second later at 19:00.54. The final FSC representative in the race was sophomore Marisa Kortright who turned in a time of 19:13.93 which earned her 73rd overall.
- Junior Jinia Johnson and freshman Caitlin Beery were the first two Mocs in action on Friday as they took to the track for the 1500m. Johnson led the duo as she placed 73rd overall in 5:00.91 while Beery crossed 12 spots later in 85th at 5:13.46.
