LAKELAND, Fla. – The Florida Southern College men's and women's swimming head coach Andy Robins has released the 2024-25 schedule. The Moccasins will host four meets, all in January 2025, with the first home meet on January 6, 2025.
 
"We have another challenging schedule this year to prepare us for our key meets in February and March," said head coach Andy Robins. "Our schedule is similar to years past though we have added a dual meet against Westminster College and a new mid-season invitational meet at Indian River State College. We have a difficult conference, though our Sunshine State Conference meets in the new year will prepare us for the conference championships and national championships."
 
Florida Southern will open the 2024-25 campaign with a quad meet at Florida State University on Oct. 11 in Tallahassee. The men's team will face the FSU squad, while the women take on FSU, West Florida, and North Florida in the quad meet. The following week will feature the first conference meet of the season as the Mocs travel to Melbourne on Oct. 18 to take on Florida Tech.
 
The month of November will begin with a Friday meet in Tampa against the Spartans on Nov. 1. The week before Thanksgiving, the men's and women's teams will take part in the IRSC Invite on Nov. 21-23, hosted by Indian River State College, featuring IRSC and a number of NCAA Division II teams. On Dec. 13, FSC will travel to IRSC for a dual meet against the dominant NJCAA programs.
 
The final four meets will all take place at the Nina B. Hollis Wellness Center Pool, beginning with a meet against Westminster College on Jan. 6. FSC will then host Lynn University and Nova Southeastern University back-to-back on Jan. 17-18, with the final home meet against Rollins College on Jan. 31.
 
This year's Sunshine State Conference Championships will be held once again at the FAST Center in Ocala, Fla. Feb. 12-16. The NCAA Championships will return to Indianapolis, Ind. on March 11-15 at the IU Natatorium.
 
Florida Southern swimming boasts a combined 12 NCAA Individual National Championships, most recently from Kyle Micallef in the 2024 50 free finals. The men's team adds six relay national championships and two NCAA Runner-Up finishes. Among one of the most successful programs in the SSC, FSC has six SSC titles between the two teams.
