NORMAN, Okla. - Florida Southern men's golf enters the 2025-26 season as the fourth-ranked program in Division II men's golf after finishing last season in the NCAA National Quarterfinals of the National Championship. The Moccasins received 296 points in the Bushnell / Golfweek preseason coaches poll.
The reigning national champions, West Florida, were tabbed first in the poll with 373 points and 13 first-place votes. The two other schools receiving first-place votes were Oklahoma Christian and Colorado Christian, who came in at seventh and eighth, respectively.
Nova Southeastern (17), Saint Leo (20), Rollins (23), and Barry (25) round out the Sunshine State Conference teams inside the top-25. Lynn, Palm Beach Atlantic, Tampa, Embry-Riddle, and Eckerd were all receiving votes, representing the entire conference in the poll.
Florida Southern opens the 2025-26 campaign on Sept. 22-23 at the Hurricane Invitational at the Doublegate Country Club in Albany, Ga.
